About the Rising Stars Awards

Based on the success of the Automotive News Europe EUROSTARS event honoring the leaders of the automotive industry, it was decided to implement a new yearly program honoring those automotive executives in middle and upper management whom are likely to become the ‘Eurostars’ of tomorrow, together with the companies who are nurturing that future leadership talent. These ‘Rising Stars’ are already setting the agenda for the industry of tomorrow and stand to reap the biggest rewards over the next decade.

In 2012 the Rising Stars came from all disciplines – designers, engineers, financial bosses, purchasing and product planners – and from companies across Europe, including Volvo, Ford, Peugeot, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and Johnson Controls just to name a few.
